Getting ready for a career in the fast-food business? Thanks to Xing Mobile, you can now get a few pointers down from Burger Empire, their new J2ME game featuring characters from the Bubu Kong, Super Nanat and Alyssa franchise. If you don't know these people, just think "Super Nanat = Mario". Except he's an anime-like kid and not a mustachioed Italian plumber.

Anyway, on with the dutiful reporting. In the game, Alyssa now runs a burger restaurant. Your job is to help serve customers, keep them happy and meet daily sales targets in order to expand her start-up business. Check out the screenshots below for a quick peek at the game.

Fishing Bart - Image 2

Bart van Assen, not Simpson, is back and he's gone fishing. After trying his hands at bar tending, Bart decides to kick back and relax. He takes his little boat to the center of a lake and starts fishing for valuables. However, he must stay clear of the shark lurking in the deep. What this shark, which normally lives in the sea, is doing in a lake isn't clear. But this could be the reason why its acting all ornery. The shark tries to grab hold of Bart's fishing line and take him out for lunch. If the shark succeeds, Bart becomes the catch of the day. Fishing Bart runs on MIDP-2 phones with a screen resolution of at least 176x208 or higher.

Jewel CollectionBart van Assen's friend Girl makes her mobile encore in Xing Mobile's newest, Jewel Collection. After winning a hefty sum of money off of Bart in Bart's Dominoes, she now has the chance to indulge in her favourite hobby: collecting jewels.

In Jewel Collection, you have to help Girl mix and match 3 jewels of the same colour by replacing jewels on the board with jewels from an external row besides the playing area. Good fun for all ages and good exercise for your brain when you feel like it's starting to freeze up on you.

Jewel Collection runs on all MIDP-2 phones with a screen resolution of 176x208.

Random trivia: The name "Poker" originated from the German word pochen, which means to knock. How exactly is it connected to the game? We really have no clue. But we could revert to the Dutch, as the said word means to "brag" in their dialect. Now, if you think "bluffing" resembles "bragging," then the name of the game makes sense.

Speaking of which, you might want to show off your bluffing/bragging skills using your mobile phone. Well, to your friends, that is (how in the world could your bluff your mobile phone's CPU?). Bragging or not, you can now enjoy your favorite card game in your mobile phone with Xing Poker from Xing Mobile. Xing Poker is compatible with all MIDP-2 phones with a screen size of 176x208. You get to pay for the download, but you don't have to worry about extra charges after that.

This is another good reason to spend some quality time with your mobile phone; you can play one mean poker game or just simply harness your hustler skills while in transit. Now, you could play poker wherever you go anytime you want to (provided that your mobile phone is with you). Meanwhile, enjoy the lovely screenshots we have for you.

Nope, sorry to disappoint, but we aren't about to start advertising for nightclubs. However, if you need entertainment and a way to while away some time, then this may be the next best thing.

Xing mobile has just released another Bart van Assen game called Bart's Beer Bar. It is apparently the continuation of the travails of our lead character who now has to serve customers at a bar since he has lost all of his money in the preceding game, Bart's Dominoes. The main goal of the game is to serve the people their drink before they reach the end of the bar, upon which they are apparently close enough to kick poor Bart in the face.

Bart's Beer Bar runs on all MIDP-2 phones with a screen resolution of 176x208.

Backgammon MatchBackgammon may seem like an ordinary board game to you, but it actually is one of the oldest ever board games played. It is most clearly traced to the ancient game called Tabula, which was a common fixture in the palace of Byzantine Emperor Zeno. That piece of tidbit may or may not change the way you play Backgammon with friends or with Nana, but just because it's old doesn't mean it can't mesh well with technology. In fact, Xing Mobile has came up with a mobile version of the game called Backgammon Match.

The mobile game is part of the J2ME board game series from the mobile game maker. They claim that it's a great version of the classic board game and it guarantees you excellent value for money if you enjoy playing Backgammon in general. Backgammon Match runs on all MIDP-2 phones with a 176x208 screen size. For now, take a look at some of the game's screens.

Xing Mobile is joining the Sudoku party by bringing their own Sudoku game, Quan Yin Sudoku, to mobile phones. Xing is bringing the Goddess of Mercy back for another puzzle game. Sudoku is a logic-based puzzle game in which the aim of the puzzle is to enter a numerical digit from 1 through 9 in each cell of a 9x9 grid made up of 3x3 smaller grids (called "regions"), starting with various digits given in some cells (the "givens"); each row, column, and region must contain only one instance of each numeral.

Completing the puzzles require patience and logical ability. The mobile phone version is supposed to boast a near unlimited number of variants for puzzle fans to enjoy. The game will run on all MIDP-2 devices with a 176x208 screen size so go ahead and check out the screenshots by clicking on the thumbnails below.

Xing Mobile has announced Super Nanat, another game in the Super Nanat, Alyssa and Bubu Kong franchise. The game is a Jump 'n Run in a "classic SNES style" and has players traversing in 12 gigantic levels in order to rescue Alyssa from the hairy clutches of Bubu Kong (If that doesn't sound like "classic SNES style" then I don't know what does).

Super Nanat can use a variety of weapons, power ups and sheer speed to defeat the monsters blocking his way to Alyssa and with that, his well-deserved vacation from rescuing girls. The game runs on all MIDP-2 phones with a screen resolution of 176x208 or higher.

Pool Billiards ChampToo tired to go out and play some pool in your local watering hole? Well, why don't you try playing some billiards right in the comforts of your own home? No, you need not to buy your own billiards set, you can play it right in your mobile phones. Yes, I know nothing beats the real thing, but some can come close to reality.

Xing Mobile is inviting you to slip into the shoes of a billiards player and slug it out with the AI to win in a match of wits, luck and skill. This variant has 6 balls instead of the traditional 9 in order to make it more playable on the mobile phone platform. Great fun for fans of the sport and casual gamers alike, so who says that you gotta clock in lots of hours in the pool hall to be a master of billiards?

Billiards, as a mobile game, has been on the rise lately. Recently, Player One Ltd. has also released a game dubbed as the official World Pool Championship 3D mobile game. This just goes to show how the game is becoming really popular and just how many have began to play it. But going back to the main topic, Pool Billiards Champs runs on all MIDP-2 mobile phones with a screen resolution of 176x208. For now, if you aren't convinced yet, then feel free to look at some screens of the game.
