Leading 3D mobile games studio FISHLABS may be cashing in on the 2006 World Cup as it brings us Penalty Cup 3D for Java-enabled mobile phones. Mobile multiplayer solution Exit Games Neutron, enables players from all over the world to be connected by playing tournaments via GPRS/UMTS networks.

As the name suggests, the game isn't a full soccer match but it highlights the most dramatic part of soccer which is the penalty shootout. Users can fully customize their player of choice by picking a gender and nationality for their character.
