Laptops aboard ISS infected with password-stealing virus

A worm was recently discovered inside laptops aboard the International Space Station. The detected virus was designed to steal passwords and send them to a remote server. Fortunately, none of the Space Station's critical workstations were affected by virus. Only laptops used for emails and nutritional experiments were mostly affected. Study: iPhone 3G network lag due to carriers, not hardware

I'm sure that iPhone 3G users would have heard of the persisting network problems users have been experiencing. Perhaps you may even be one of them. I even heard of one woman who sued Apple for false advertising over the speed of the iPhone 3G's connection.

A new independent research says that it doesn't have anything to do with the device's hardware at all - the problem lies with the carrier networks. More in the full article.

This year's Games Convention at Leipzig was a sure fire success. And though some of you might not think that the same could be said about E3, GC 2009 has already been scheduled.
