Apparently, the wait (are there people still eagerly waiting for this kinda news?) for the Sprint Treo 700w was  extended for three months. The smartphone which was said to have a release date at the end of February 2006 is rumored to be delivered to Sprint Retail Outlets on May 12 and will have a release date of May 15. Could this be true? Well this question would be answered in a week, so let's just see about that.

PDA lovers thought that this baby would be carried by Verizon Wireless and would be released in the middle of 2006, apparently there is also a rumor speculating that Verizon will get the 700P at around the same time that Sprint gets the 700W. Wow, who knew that there were still a lot of rumors about PDAs today huh?
