Fujitsu has released a sleek new model for its Amilo line that's set to be released on January 6. Robust and powerful, this little baby is said to be priced at EUR 1644 (US$ 2415).

The Amilo Xi 2550 sports an Intel Core 2 Duo, otherwise known as a Penryn. The T9300 measures in at 45nm with 2.5 GHz clock speed.

The laptop will also be getting the following:

• 2 GB RAM
• 2 SATA hard drives of 250 GB 5400 rpm, compatible with RAID 0 and RAID 1
• Radeon card HD2700 256 MB
• 1 GB flash Intel Turbo Memory
