DDR on your mobileKonami goes on to expand its horizons. With the launch of a download service for U.S. consumers that will bring access to free mobile game demos, the publisher hopes to make it easier for the consumers to choose and buy games for their mobiles.

Says Joe Morris, vice president of mobile content for Konami, "our consumers appreciate being able to browse and sample the wide variety of products." They also boast of the efficiency of their system, saying that consumers, or at least most of them, get to receive the content they have chosen in just an average of 90 seconds.

The game demos and other content include hit titles such as Contra, Castlevania, Frogger and Dance Dance Revolution.
